Guarantee:

If your gel/dip/acrylic/gel x extensions full set chips within 5 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please call during the 5 day period. No exceptions.

Reservations:

If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot.

Cancellation Policy:

For us to protect both customers and technicians time, we required 20% security deposit for all the services.

If you late more than 15 mins, cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours notices, security deposit is non-refundable and we might take the next available clients. Please call us ahead for cancel : 978-362-2970
